Color the Way for CASA 5K – Presented by: Gulf Coast Broadband

Brush Country CASA proudly hosted its 8th Annual Color the Way for CASA 5K, presented by Gulf Coast Broadband, on Saturday, August 10th at the Texas A&M University–Kingsville campus.

This vibrant, family-friendly event brought together nearly 130 runners, walkers, and supporters, all united by one purpose: to help give a voice to children and youth in the child welfare system who have experienced abuse or neglect. Proceeds from the event directly support Brush Country CASA’s mission to recruit, train, and support community volunteers who serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs).

Participants of all ages showed up in support, making their way through a color-filled course while raising awareness for the critical need for advocacy in our local communities. From start to finish, the energy was high, the colors were flying, and the commitment to children in need was evident.

We are deeply grateful to Gulf Coast Broadband for serving as our presenting sponsor, and to all of our generous sponsors who made this event possible. Your support helps us continue to provide consistent, caring advocacy for the most vulnerable children in our region.
