SUMMARY:Color the Way for CASA 5K
DESCRIPTION:Join Brush Country CASA for the Color the Way for CASA 5K on Saturday\, August 1\, 2026\, at Texas A&M University–Kingsville. This family-friendly event invites participants of all ages to run\, walk\, and enjoy a colorful morning while supporting CASA’s mission of advocating for children in the foster care system. \n\n\n\nThe event will include both a 5K run/walk and a 1-mile fun run\, making it a great opportunity for families\, friends\, local businesses\, school groups\, and community members to get involved. The 1-mile fun run begins at 7:30 a.m.\, followed by the 5K at 8:00 a.m. \n\n\n\nEarly registration is $15 for children and $35 for adults. Race day registration is $20 for children and $40 for adults. Swag bags and T-shirts will be available on a first come\, first served basis. \n\n\n\nThis event is proudly presented by Gulf Coast Broadband. Group rates are available by calling 361-595-7233.
